Rooted in Jefferson County and shaped by a life of farming, Edward carries a true servant’s heart wherever he goes. With an unwavering belief that God’s Word stands as the final authority in all things, he shares Scripture in a way that feels real, practical, and approachable—connecting faith to everyday life in a way that speaks to ordinary people.

Mr. Tony is our Donut Team Leader. He and his team cooks the great food we have in the mornings before church as well as most of the events we have at our church. We are so happy to have him serving with us here at The Cross Community Church! If you are currently attending and are interested in serving please let us know and we would love to get you plugged in somewhere! Tracy is our Production Team Leader for the Cross Community Church. He and his team are in charge of producing our morning services and other events that we host at The Cross Community Church. They also are responsible for our Live Steam of our services here. We are so grateful to have him serving with us at The Cross Community Church. Blessed with the gift of song and with a true spirit of worship, Emily brings a heart for Christ to the stage Sunday mornings leading our worship service.
Emily also oversees our Woman's ministry, helping to facilitate the cultivation of community among the ladies of the church and community. 

With a God-given gift for making everyone feel at home, Cat enthusiastically leads our Greet Team, ensuring that every guest is welcomed like family. Rain or shine, you can find Cat and her team at the front doors, ready to usher you in with genuine smiles and heartfelt hospitality.

Caitlin faithfully leads our Facilities Care Team with excellence and a servant’s heart. With attention to detail and a passion for stewardship, she helps ensure that every space is clean, welcoming, and ready for worship. Through her leadership, the church is cared for behind the scenes so that everyone who walks through the doors can focus fully on encountering the Lord.

Bill faithfully serves as our Outreach Leader, carrying a heart for the community and a passion for connecting people to the love of Christ. He leads with vision and compassion, always seeking opportunities to extend the church beyond its walls and into the lives of those around us. Alongside him, his wife Becca serves as our Nursery Ambassador, creating a safe, nurturing environment where our littlest ones are cared for with tenderness and joy. Together, they reflect a beautiful picture of service, hospitality, and devotion to the Kingdom.

Mike and Melissa faithfully serve together as the husband-and-wife team leading our Kids Ministry. With hearts devoted to the next generation, they create a fun, engaging, and Christ-centered environment where children can grow in their faith and discover God’s love in a way they understand. Their leadership blends biblical truth with creativity and joy, helping lay a strong spiritual foundation for every child who walks through our doors.

Bringing a strong music upbringing, Joe leads our band in bringing worship alive. Rooted in faith and family, Joe brings the heart of Christ into all that he does both in the church and in the community. 

Brandy serves as our Communications Director, thoughtfully sharing the heart and vision of the church through clear, creative, and consistent messaging. With a passion for connection and excellence, she ensures that every announcement, update, and story reflects who we are and where God is leading us. Through her leadership, our church family stays informed, engaged, and encouraged.
